1:1 Sessions can be booked these are typically for Swim Teaching or Coaching, Cycle Technique or Confidence, Strength and Conditioning Training for Injury Prevention and Running.
The Swimming Sessions will take place at Canford Sports Centre whilst the other sessions will be based from the RPT Studio at Holt.
We would get started with a single or multi-sport physiological assessment to evaluate current fitness levels and muscular balance.
Personalised Training Schedules are given in 4 week blocks building towards the event, with relevant retesting and evaluation sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of training and reset goals for the next phase of training.
The training plan will be based on your physical assessment results, personal circumstances and goals.
